NITDA POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP. 2018

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has as its mandate to develop and regulate Information Technology (IT) in Nigeria. Developing and regulating IT will support in transforming Nigeria into a knowledge-based and IT driven economy for global competitiveness. As part of the Agency’s Scholarship Scheme for Masters and Doctoral degree programmes in relevant areas of Computer and Information Technology (IT) and IT Law, obtainable in Universities, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the 2018/19 academic session.

The scholarship award is strictly based on merit and is evenly distributed between the six geo-political zones for the PhD, 36 States and FCT for MSc.

DURATION:
The sponsorship for the Masters programme will run for one year and the Doctorate programme for three years.

ELIGIBILITY ( NIGERIAN)

PhD: Only University and Polytechnic Lecturers with MSc in any Information Technology related field are eligible to apply for sponsorship. MSc: Holders of First Class or Second Class (Upper) Honours Bachelor's degree, in Information Technology related field and Law.
A comprehensive Aptitude Test(s) will be conducted to determine successful candidates for the Award. Only candidates who are found eligible will be Shortlisted.

LAUTECH NOTICE TO ALL POST UTME CANDIDATES AWAITING RESULTS- 2018

All candidates who sat for the 2018/2019 academic session Post UTME of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) but are yet to upload their 'O' Level results are hereby advised to do so on or before 12:00am Saturday, September 1, 2018 unfailingly. Any candidate who fails to heed this instruction will automatically lose the opportunity of being considered for admission into this University. All concerned Candidates are therefore advised to comply with this information accordingly.

UNIOSUN Post-UTME Results for the 2018/2019 academic session have been released. All candidates who participated in the screening exercise can proceed to check their results now. See details below Notice is hereby given that the results of the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) screening exercise into Osun State Univesity have been released. UI POST UTME SCREENING DATES OUT-2018/2019

The University of Ibadan (UI) Post-UTME Screening date for the 2018/2019 academic session has been announced by the management of the university. All prospective UTME candidates who have successfully logged in to the university's portal to submiit their bio-data/ credentials and the general public are hereby informed that the post-UTME screening will hold on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th September, 2018.

 Further information regarding the venues and Day/Time alotted toeach candidates will be released in due course. Candidates are therefore advised totake note of these dates and prepare adequately for the screening exercise. Candidates are also to check this website regularly before the screening dates in order to know their allotted time and date for the screening.

The Kogi State Poly Post UTME Screening date, time  and venue for the 2018/2019 academic session has been announced. All candidates who have registered for the screening exercise are hereby informed that the screening exercise  has been scheduled as follows; 

Wednesday 5th September – All Applied Sciences, Engineering Technologies, Environmental Technologies, Fine Art/ Art & Industrial Design

 Time: 8:00am each day

Important Note: • Post UTME Registration closes on Friday 31st August 2018 by 4:00pm. There will be no extension of registration. 

• Candidates are to check the school website as from Monday 3rd September 2018 for their Serial Number and allocated Screening hall.
